"We booked the taxi for an airport run. The driver was about 20mins late, he arrived in a fiesta which fortunately we just about managed to squeeze our luggage and pram in to. The driver kept trying to change route to keep his mileage down rather than take the fastest route - despite the fact he was late to collect us and we were then pushed for time getting to the airport on time.
Some positive feedback is that the driver bought a baby seat for us (although he charged £10 cash). He was also very polite."
