"10 minutes late. Not really the driver's fault. He wasn't given our house name but there are only 8 houses with the post code GU4 8RA so I'm puzzled why it took 10 minutes to find us. Driver very polite and we arrived at our destination exactly on time. Tip already given direct to driver."
