"I originally booked this journey with Travarooo the web site stated that they may need to pass the booking on to another company but the price would remain the same this was not the case I was charged £4:70 more. I booked the ride on the 22nd Dec around 11pm. I received a confirmation email around midnight which stated I would get driver information later. The following morning at 7 am I had received no driver information. I called twice the office number and left messages finally around 8:45 I received emails telling me my ride had been reassigned to your company and was given information about the car and driver. I was outside waiting when the driver showed up but it was a different car and driver. The driver was excellent but the experience was very disappointing and stressful I already tipped the driver. "
